Group B enjoyed a day full of fun at Ginger Farm. We began by making our own snack of sweet potato “Bua Loy” in sweet coconut milk. We went on to learn about field crabs, fed the chickens and collected eggs from their nests for lunch. A tour of the farm that included feeding the goats with grass each child picked from the field worked up our appetite and we enjoyed a lunch of chicken and rice in the shade along with hard-boiled eggs from our morning bounty. Before heading back to school, we relaxed by painting beautiful and unique paper fans.
